Q: How much is shipping?

A:  2-Day Shipping is complimentary on all orders $75 and up.  We offer USPS priority 2-day and UPS one day air.  Every package we ship will be insured for the purchase amount. You will be provided with a tracking number and items over $250 will require a signature upon delivery. International shipping we offer UPS expedited & USPS Priority Mail International. All international shipments will be insured and full customs value declared. Buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees.

 

 

Q: My package came damaged, what should I do?

A: If you see the damage on your package when it is being delivered, you can either refuse the shipment as [damaged - return to sender] or you can have the delivery company mark the tracking as [received damaged, subject to further inspection]. Please note, you have only a few days to report damage so call them right away. (UPS 1-800-742-5877, FedEx 1-800-463-3339, USPS 1-800-275-8777) You also must keep all boxes and packing material. When you call you will need the tracking number off your box, a description of the damage and its value). All of the companies will log the call. Wait about 30 minutes and then run your tracking number online. It will show that you reported the damage. Once it shows, you then contact us thomas@alchemistandartist.com

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Returns and exchanges are permitted within 21 days from the purchase date for jewelry; and within 14 days from the receiving date for watches.

 

Jewelry must be in good condition with all original certificates, packaging and accessories with no signs of visible wear and tear.

 

Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch.

 

NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.

ALL ITEMS WILL BE VERIFIED AND INSPECTED BEFORE ISSUING REFUND/EXCHANGE.
